  We went to Roses looking for a coffee table and found a set that we wanted. We had walked up to a man who was on the computer with a customer, but wasn’t even having a conversation with her or even interacting with her. So, we asked a simple question, “Excuse us, do we pay for this here or up front?” THAT WAS LITERALLY IT! This man turns around and had the nastiest attitude. So please know, when I say NASTY I truly do mean hateful. It’s not what he said it was HOW he said it. He said, “I deal with this department (pointing to the furniture). I don’t deal with that stuff and I’m with a customer.” Well, 1)Coffee tables are in the furniture section 2)He wasn’t talking to the customer that he was with or anything at that matter AND 3)We just wanted to know where to pay! So, thinking we had messed up, we walked up front and asked an employee who we needed to talk to about the coffee table set and they directed us to the man in the back that we had just talked to. A really great guy ended up saying something to the man and told him to help us because once again him and that later were not doing anything! He got so mad and stomped off to the back to get the cart but we kept trying to just do it ourselves because of his attitude. Long story short though, we just had a bad experience.
