They took the time to ask questions & identify what would work best in my home, suggesting another item (a savings for me). They went over proper installation & made sure I understood how to operate the item. Will discuss future purchases in advance with staff!

Actually called me mid day while they were installing to let me know things were on schedule to be done that day. Very impressed. And no little pieces of cut wires left on the floorboard. 5 star for sure. Thanks guys.
