We recently bought an older house so weren't quite sure what to expect, but Steven did a great job of explaining to us what we were looking at (as they ran a camera up the chimney!) and what our options were as far as repairs and/or installing any of several woodstove options. He was super fast in providing us with a quote for the options we're thinking about – and we were also impressed that he and Josh drove out to us despite a dusting of snow that morning!
