  Acme stove truely dreadful customer service! Have a stove that was put in with not room to get behind and clean. Called to schedule a service and a cleaning. They do not clean pellet stoves nor to they rectify any errors made in the past this stove ie: leaving enough room behind it to clean out the chimney. They offered the option of pulling the stove out for a fee, at their convienence, and visit must be coordinated with the Chimmney sweep. That would mean every time I have this cleaned, I would need to coordinate and pay both Chimney sweep and ACME. Making sure that the customer knows how there stoves should be serviced and cared for would have been helpful from the begining. Furthermore ,perhaps placing stoves in a way that they could be cleaned properly would be helpful. There is another local option perhaps some competition will improve this company they had the market share for too long and it shows in there treatment of customers.
